Found this at AO3 first, as you'll have seen, but it is just as burble-worthy over here as it is over there. I spent most of the afternoon smiling like the proverbial loon, and it's All Your Fault. :-) Thank you many times over; I am as usual extremely well rewarded.

And a big part of the fun is that there's just so much depth to this blended universe, even (and perhaps especially) if Alexis never gets into the world-saving side of the family business. It isn't even a question of whether or not you actually write more stories in the setting*, it's that you've laid enough groundwork for us to realize that they're there, and imagine for ourselves how they might unfold.


*I for one would be delighted to see more, but obviously that's a matter for your muse to decide. And having done so well by these prompts already, perhaps I ought not push my luck too far lest I accidentally find a gorgon in my closet.... :-)
