I suppose it depends whether it becomes the Shakespeare or Sherlock Holmes of our time, to later eras, or whether something like Star Trek or Lord or the Rings would win out and end up mentioned in the textbooks.

Or even how general education of that era is. There are some nasty implications of caste structures under the glossy Spielbergian surface. Lots to play with, from my perspective .... =)
