As far as the first point... Hmm, I'll have to think about that. Considering that both PJO and Castle canon are centered in New York, there are lots of possibilites there. I'll keep this one in the back of my mind for possible future developments, especially considering how much positive response it's received.

I considered Hermes, too, but for flashiness value and the sheer dorkiness of Apollo with his poems, I just had to go with that option. *grin*
