If I round all TV episodes (whether live or DVD) up to the nearest half-hour mark and all movies to two hours total, then add in repeat viewings, in 2015 I watched 699 total hours of on-screen entertainment, an average of 1.91 hours/day.
By comparison, I watched 756.5 hours in 2014 (2.07 hours/day), 842.5 hours in 2013 (2.31 hours/day), 920 hours in 2012 (2.52 hrs/day), 785 hours in 2011, 777 in 2010, 677 in 2009, and 653 in 2008. So... I'm not spending any less time on the elliptical, but my watching outside of it is apparently going back down? That fits, I guess; I had fewer hours of must-see TV last year, and lots left on my DVR to catch up on.
