I have kind of a weird perspective on the show since I didn't actually *start* watching until Season 6, but I got my hands on the early episodes and mainlined Seasons 1-5 *while* watching Season 6. I do like a lot of the early stuff better, but I didn't see it until I was already hooked on the late-season show, so a lot of my head-characterization for the characters really lives in Season 6-7. This results in me writing a lot, a lot, of fixit stuff. :)
